The Amazon Warehouse at 10550 Ella blvd. Houston, TX 77038 had multiple plumbers install and repair the water lines running to the building. The water line has been broken 3 times in 5 years. None of the previous plumbers that Amazon used did the job up to code, so Amazon kept having to call plumbers to repair the line. Solution plumbing was referred to Amazon by a property management company that knew we could get the job done right.

When solution plumbing got on the scene, we discovered that the water line was over sized and the previous plumber didn’t bury the water line deep enough to meet code. In fact, they didn’t even sleeve the pipe going under the road that has a fleet of 80,000 lbs trucks driving on it daily.
Solution plumbing sized the pipe correctly, sleeved the pipe in schedule 80 pvc and placed the pipe in at the correct depth. This work also required us to cut through the concrete. We used rebar #4 on 14 inch centers, where previously plumbers didn’t.

We also provided Amazon a warranty for our work, because we do it right the first time.
